Types of Pipes & Tubes

Seamless Pipes

Seamless Pipes are manufactured from solid billets without any welding joints, offering superior strength, uniformity, and resistance to pressure and corrosion. These pipes are ideal for critical applications in high-temperature and high-pressure environments such as oil & gas, power generation, and petrochemicals.

  • Manufactured as per ASTM A106, A312, A335, A790, and API 5L standards
  • Available in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Duplex, and Nickel Alloys
  • Sizes from 1/8” NB to 24” NB with wall thickness Sch 5 to Sch XXS
  • Supplied with MTCs, IBR, NACE, and optional third-party inspection
Seamless Pipe

Seamless Tubes

Seamless Tubes are precision-engineered hollow cylinders manufactured without any welded joints, ensuring superior strength, dimensional accuracy, and smooth internal finishes. Ideal for applications involving heat exchangers, instrumentation, and high-pressure systems, they are preferred where performance and safety are critical.

  • Produced as per ASTM A213, A269, A511, and EN standards
  • Available in Stainless Steel, Duplex, Nickel Alloys & Titanium
  • Sizes range from 1/8” OD to 4” OD with various wall thicknesses
  • Suitable for heat exchangers, condensers, boilers, and instrumentation lines
Seamless Tube

Welded Pipes

Welded Pipes are manufactured by rolling and welding flat steel plates or coils into cylindrical shapes, making them ideal for transporting fluids and gases in medium to low-pressure applications. They offer cost efficiency, consistent wall thickness, and are available in larger diameters compared to seamless pipes.

  • Manufactured as per ASTM A312, A358, A671, A672, and API 5L standards
  • Available in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Duplex & Alloy Steel
  • Size range: ½” NB to 100” NB (Custom lengths available)
  • Ideal for structural use, water pipelines, petrochemical & process industries
Welded Pipe

Welded Tubes

Welded Tubes are produced by cold-forming flat strips or coils and then welding the seams longitudinally. They offer excellent dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and are preferred for structural, mechanical, and decorative applications in low to moderate pressure systems.

  • Compliant with ASTM A249, A269, A270, A554, and EN standards
  • Manufactured in Stainless Steel, Duplex, and Nickel Alloys
  • Available in round, square, and rectangular shapes with various finishes
  • Used in architectural, instrumentation, automotive, and process piping
Welded Tube

EFW Pipes

Electric Fusion Welded (EFW) Pipes are manufactured by rolling metal plates and electrically fusing the seam longitudinally. These pipes are widely used in high-temperature and corrosive environments, particularly where seamless pipes are not economical or required.

  • Manufactured in accordance with ASTM A358, A312, and related standards
  • Ideal for applications in oil & gas, chemical, and power sectors
  • Available in Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, and Duplex grades
  • Offered in sizes up to 72" NB with custom wall thickness options
EFW Pipe

ERW Pipes & Tubes

Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) Pipes & Tubes are produced by rolling metal and welding it longitudinally using electric resistance. Known for their uniform wall thickness, cost-effectiveness, and structural strength, ERW pipes are widely used in general engineering, water transport, scaffolding, and fencing applications.

  • Manufactured as per ASTM A53, A135, A513, and equivalent standards
  • Economical option for low to medium pressure and structural uses
  • Available in round, square & rectangular shapes with smooth finishes
  • Offered in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and mild steel grades
ERW Pipes & Tubes

Applications of Pipes & Tubes

Pipes & Tubes play a crucial role in transporting fluids, gases, and structural support across a wide range of industries, from energy and construction to pharmaceuticals and marine.

Oil & Gas Industry

Used in offshore and onshore pipelines, drilling operations, and refinery systems for safe and efficient fluid transport under pressure.

Chemical & Petrochemical

Essential in corrosive and high-temperature process pipelines, reactors, and storage systems for chemical handling.

Power Generation

Used in superheated steam lines, boiler tubes, condenser systems, and turbine piping in thermal and nuclear plants.

Infrastructure & Construction

Utilized as structural members in bridges, scaffolding, industrial sheds, and architectural frameworks.

Marine & Shipbuilding

Applied in ship piping, ballast systems, bilge lines, and exhaust manifolds due to their corrosion and impact resistance.

Pharmaceutical & Food Processing

Used for sanitary fluid transport and clean-in-place systems requiring contamination-free, polished piping networks.
