Types of Threaded Fittings

Threaded Elbow (90°, 45°, Street Elbow)

Threaded Elbows are used to change the direction of flow in threaded piping systems without welding. We offer 90°, 45°, and Street Elbows for applications requiring quick and compact directional transitions. These fittings are ideal for low to medium pressure systems where frequent disassembly or maintenance is expected.

  • Available in Class 2000, 3000 & 6000 pressure ratings
  • Offered in 90°, 45°, and male-female street elbow designs
  • Threaded to ASME B1.20.1 (NPT) or BSP standards
  • Made from Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel & Nickel Alloys

Threaded Tee (Equal & Reducing)

Threaded Tees are T-shaped fittings used to combine or split fluid flow in threaded piping systems. Equal Tees have all three outlets of the same size, while Reducing Tees connect pipes of different diameters. These fittings are widely used in low to moderate pressure applications where welding is not feasible.

  • Manufactured as per ASME B16.11 and BS 3799 standards
  • Suitable for Class 2000, 3000 & 6000 pressure ratings
  • Available in NPT & BSP threaded configurations
  • Available in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel & Nickel Alloys

Threaded Coupling (Full, Half & Reducing)

Threaded Couplings are cylindrical fittings used to join two threaded pipes in a straight line. We offer Full Couplings for connecting two pipes of the same size, Half Couplings for welding one end, and Reducing Couplings for joining pipes of different diameters. These are ideal for small bore piping systems where welding is not preferred.

  • Made to ASME B16.11 and BS 3799 specifications
  • Offered in NPT, BSPT & BSP thread types
  • Available in pressure ratings of Class 2000, 3000 & 6000
  • Materials include Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel & Nickel Alloys

Threaded Union

Threaded Unions are essential fittings designed for easy assembly and disassembly of piping systems without requiring any rotation of the pipes. These fittings consist of three parts — a male end, a female end, and a nut — ensuring a secure and reusable connection. Ideal for maintenance-intensive systems where pipe connections may need to be accessed frequently.

  • Allows quick installation and disconnection
  • Leak-proof seal with metal-to-metal or gasket seating
  • Suitable for low to medium pressure applications
  • Available in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel & more

Threaded Cap

Threaded Caps are used to seal the ends of pipes in threaded piping systems, preventing leakage, contamination, and entry of foreign materials. These caps are easy to install and remove, making them ideal for temporary or permanent pipe closures in various applications.

  • Provides secure, pressure-resistant pipe termination
  • Commonly used during maintenance, testing, or storage
  • Compatible with Class 2000, 3000, and 6000 pressure ratings
  • Manufactured in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel & Nickel Alloys

Threaded Cross (Equal & Reducing)

Threaded Cross Fittings feature four openings at right angles, allowing fluid or gas to flow through three branches from a main pipeline. Available in both Equal Cross and Reducing Cross variants, these fittings are ideal for compact piping networks requiring multiple connections in a confined space.

  • Ideal for distributing flow to multiple lines from a single inlet
  • Available in Class 2000, 3000, and 6000 pressure ratings
  • Offered in Equal (same size) and Reducing (different outlet sizes) configurations
  • Manufactured using SS, CS, AS, Duplex & High Nickel Alloys

Threaded Nipple

Threaded Nipples are short lengths of pipe with male threads on both ends, used to connect two other fittings or piping sections. Available in various lengths and diameters, these are essential for close-coupling applications, system extensions, or repairs. We supply both Swage Nipples and Pipe Nipples for a wide range of pressure ratings.

  • Available in Concentric & Eccentric Swage Nipples
  • Wide size range from 1/8" to 4" NPS in various schedules
  • Precision threading ensures tight, leak-free joints
  • Supplied in SS, CS, Alloy Steel, Duplex & Nickel Alloys

Threaded Adapter (Male & Female)

Threaded Adapters are used to convert one type of thread connection to another or to connect threaded components with different thread genders. Male Adapters feature external threads, while Female Adapters have internal threads, allowing flexible integration into piping systems. These adapters are widely used for quick, easy installation without welding.

  • Ideal for transitions between threaded pipe ends and components
  • Available in Class 2000, 3000 & 6000 pressure ratings
  • Manufactured in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Duplex, and Nickel Alloys
  • Suitable for use in low to moderate pressure applications
